#9 Window Envelopes

  • Finished Size: 3.875 × 8.875 in – final size after converting
  • Bleed Size: Extend backgrounds or images 0.125 in beyond each edge
  • Window Position: 1/2" from bottom and 7/8" from left – keep this area clear of printing to ensure address visibility
  • Safe Zone: Keep all text, logos, and important design elements at least 0.125 in inside the edges and away from the window area to ensure nothing is cut off or obscured
