To place an order, you need a BrochureKing account. Click “Login” in the top-right corner and complete the Sign-Up form with your details. Then, check your email for a verification message.

You can also sign up using your Google or Facebook account.

Go toMy Accountand select“My Profile.”Update your contact information and click“Update”to save the changes.

Go toMy Accountand select“Change Password.”Enter your current password, then enter your new password in the designated fields.

In theMy Accountsection, select“Deactivate Account”and provide a reason for deactivation. Please note that deactivating your account will delete all saved designs. If you wish to reactivate your account in the future, contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

Placing an order is simple. Go to the product page, select your template, and customize it to your needs. The price will be calculated automatically based on your specifications. Complete the payment to finalize your order.

To make changes to an existing order,  please contact our Customer Service team at orders@brochureking.com. Please avoid resubmitting your order to prevent unnecessary charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track its progress by clicking the Track My Orderbutton in theMy Orderssection of your account.

We offer instant online pricing on each product’s order page. Prices may vary depending on specifications such as paper type, size, color, and quantity.

Turnaround time depends on the specific product and the number of business days required for production. We will begin processing your order once the following criteria are met:

• Print-ready artwork has been uploaded

• Full payment has been received

Images may appear blurry or pixelated in print if the resolution is too low. To ensure the best quality, use images with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
